"Yassine Qnia grew up in Aubervilliers, in the suburbs of Paris. A surveyor/topographer by trade, Qnia discovered cinema in his local youth club. His short films Fais croquerMolii and F430 have received several Audience Awards and were selected in numerous French and international festivals. In parallel, he kept on working on construction sites and regularly took part in film workshops in high schools."
