Kino Lorber launched Horizon Movies in early 2012 as a home for mainstream independent movies. Overseen by Kino Lorber Home Entertainment Vice President Eric D. Wilkinson, the label's most recent successes include the comedy Fred & Vinnie starring comedian Fred Stoller and the thriller A Thousand Cuts starring Academy Award® Nominee Michael O'Keefe, that was nominated for a Saturn Award for "Best DVD Release". "We've seen some amazing growth in home entertainment by offering more choices for film lovers with the launch of the Horizon Movies label", said Wilkinson. "While our main label, Kino Lorber continues to deliver the best in critically acclaimed, award winning arthouse fare, Horizon Movies has provided us with the opportunity to expand the type of films we release and offer something for everyone. I'm proud to add these four great new films that are not only packed with amazing star power, but also deliver some great entertainment."
