MY ENEMY’S ENEMY, which was shown at both Telluride and Toronto, blends striking debate, wit and visual panache to tell the extraordinary story of Nazi war criminal Klaus Barbie a.k.a. the Butcher of Lyon. After WW2, Barbie became an agent of American counter-intelligence during the Cold War and later became astonishingly successful in reviving the fortunes of other ex-Nazis. Also premiering next month is AGAINST THE CURRENT, an inspirational drama based on a true story about a man with a tragic past who sets out to swim the length of the Hudson River.
